Free Delivery for all orders over £250

Standard Delivery Orders £5.95

We aim to deliver Standard Delivery orders within 2-3 working days. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for Standard Delivery orders. If you require your order to arrive on a particular date, we suggest you use our Next Working Day service.

For destinations outside the UK, you will have to allow a certain amount of additional days for delivery.

Western Europe £9.95 Delivery between 3-5 days, International £15.95 Delivery between 7-8 days

Order Cancellations:

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from tinalobondi.com for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made by emailing us on sales@tinalobondi.com. If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

Return or exchange an item:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size, colour or style if preferred. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. Please print out and enclose with your goods your Tina Lobondi order confirmation email for your return to be processed.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Dress Hire:

Orders are charged as soon as the order is placed. After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. In the instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge you for the value of the items in stock. All orders will be sent by Special Next Day Delivery.

To guarantee delivery by the next day, the order must be placed by 1pm or picked up in person. The price of postage is included in the price of the dress hire. The price of the dress hire is based for 2 days. If you would like to hire a dress for longer than two days, we will happily arrange it at a new price.

Any damage on the dress you should inform us by emailing info@tinalobondi.com. We reserve the right to handle each incident on a per case basis.

Any damage will be looked into before informing you of any required next steps or payments. If the dress is damaged, lost or torn beyond everyday wear and tear, you will be charged a repair or replacement fee as estimated by us. In cases of items which are one-off pieces, and not replaceable, we will charge a replacement fee, up to full retail price.
