Shipping and Returns

 

DOMESTIC

  • After an order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will also receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Shipping takes 4-6 business days via UPS with Signature Confirmation.
  • We ship to the address provided by the customer, and we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. 
  • Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

We currently offer flat rate shipping worldwide with our shipping partner. Our shipping rates cover duties and taxes.

  • Shipping takes 10-14 business days (not including any customs and duties delays).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not accept exchanges. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • We accept returns for purchase/s of a minimum of £100 within 14 DAYS of the original order’s arrival.
  • Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels attached to the product.
  • We do not accept returns on Jewellery, unless in unopened condition. 
  • All sale items are final.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return Tracking # is REQUIRED in order to process refund/exchanges.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • At this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges. We recommend repurchasing the bag you are interested in, while separately processing a return.
